Start your flow when an external system sends a request.

When to Use​

  • Receive events from your e-commerce platform
  • Integrate with Zapier or Make
  • Process notifications from external systems
  • Connect to any system that can send HTTP requests

Configuration​

Webhook URLUnique URL to copy to external system

Available Variables​

All data sent to the webhook is available as variables:

  • webhook.event — Event type
  • webhook.order_id — Order ID (example)
  • Any field from the request body

Example: New Order Notification​

External system sends order data to your webhook.

Your flow:

  1. Webhook receives the data
  2. Send Email confirmation to customer
  3. API Call to Slack to notify team
