Overview

The Webflow integration enables you to:

• Connect your Webflow site via secure OAuth
• Sync static pages and CMS collection items
• Auto-update your AI's knowledge when content changes
• Answer visitors with accurate, up-to-date information

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have:

• An active AI SmartTalk account
• A Webflow account with at least one published site
• Editor or Admin access to the Webflow site you want to connect

Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1: Access the Webflow Integration

1. Log into your AI SmartTalk account
2. Navigate to Settings → Integrations
3. Find Webflow in the connector list
4. Click Connect

Step 2: Authorize with Webflow

1. A Webflow OAuth popup will appear
2. Sign in to your Webflow account if prompted
3. Select the workspace containing your site
4. Choose which site(s) to authorize
5. Click Authorize to grant access

Permissions requested: AI SmartTalk requests read-only access to your site content and CMS collections.

Step 3: Select Content to Sync

After authorization, you'll see a list of available content:

1. Static Pages: Your main site pages
2. CMS Collections: Blog posts, products, team members, etc.
3. Select the content types you want to sync
4. Click Start Sync

Step 4: Verify the Sync

1. Navigate to Knowledge in AI SmartTalk
2. Your Webflow content should appear with the Webflow icon
3. Test your AI by asking questions about your site content

Content Requirements

For content to sync, it must be:

• ✅ Published (not draft)
• ✅ Part of an authorized site
• ✅ Accessible in the Webflow CMS

Sync Behavior

Automatic Sync

Once connected, AI SmartTalk periodically checks for updates:

• New pages and CMS items are added
• Updated content is refreshed
• Deleted or unpublished content is removed

Manual Re-sync

To force an immediate sync:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Webflow
2. Click Sync Now
3. Wait for the sync to complete

Troubleshooting

OAuth Connection Fails

Managing the Connection

Action	How
Disconnect	Settings → Integrations → Webflow → Disconnect
Change site	Disconnect, then reconnect with different site
Update permissions	Re-authorize through OAuth

Note: Disconnecting removes synced content from your knowledge base.
