  • Description: This notification triggers when there is an escalation from AI to a human agent, ensuring immediate human intervention for complex queries.
  • Browser Notifications: Enable to receive real-time alerts directly in your browser.
  • Email Notifications: Enable to receive email notifications. Enter email addresses separated by commas in the provided field.

💬 Response from a Connected User

  • Description: This notification informs you of responses from users who are already identified and can be contacted through their platform (Messenger, Instagram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.) or via SmartLogin on the web.
  • Browser Notifications: Enable to receive real-time alerts directly in your browser.
  • Email Notifications: Enable to receive email notifications.

🕵️ New Anonymous Message

  • Description: This notification alerts you to the reception of a new anonymous message, helping you capture potential leads and understand the broader audience engaging with your chatbot.

  • Description: This notification informs you of new potential leads interacting with your chatbot, allowing you to take immediate action and effectively convert leads into customers.

How to Save Your Changes

After configuring your desired notification settings, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
