  • Your Club ID and API Key from Lead by Masalledesport.com.

Step-by-Step Instructions​

Step 1: Access the Configuration Interface​

  1. Log into your AI SmartTalk account.
  2. Navigate to the Integration section in the back office.
  3. Select the Lead by Masalledesport.com integration option.

Step 2: Enter Integration Details​

  1. You will need to enter two crucial pieces of information to configure the integration:

    • Club ID 🔑
    • API Key 🔒

  2. These details can be found in your Lead by Masalledesport.com CRM account. Locate your Club ID and API Key from the CRM settings.

  1. New Actions in Smartflows:

    • You can now ask for "trial requests" for booking sports activities.
    • Save and retrieve information directly from the Lead by Masalledesport.com CRM.

  2. Automated Lead Management:

    • Every new lead captured by the chatbot will be automatically saved in your connected Lead by Masalledesport.com account.

Common Issues​

Validation Fails​

  • Ensure that the Club ID and API Key are entered correctly.
  • Verify that your Lead by Masalledesport.com CRM account is active and the provided API Key has the necessary permissions.

Data Not Syncing​

  • Check that the integration has been saved and validated correctly.
