At AI Smarttalk, we encourage you to share new ideas or enhancements via our Feature Submission process. Your submissions help us understand your needs, evaluate feasibility, and plan accordingly. If you have a feature request that could benefit your organization or improve our product, please read on to learn how to submit it.
2. Who Is Involved

3. Process Flow / Schema
Here’s how a feature request progresses after you submit it. We use double quotes in the Mermaid diagram for clarity.

(or via the chatbot on our website). - Classification: Our Support Team reviews your request and directs it to the correct product backlog.
- Review & Prioritization: The Product Owner checks if it aligns with our strategy, existing roadmap, and resource availability.
- Decision:
- Yes: It goes into the backlog, then onto the roadmap if scheduled soon.
- Not Yet: Deferred for future review (e.g., next quarter or next planning cycle).
- No: Rejected if it doesn’t align with our product strategy or is a duplicate.
- Development & Testing: Approved features move into sprints for implementation, with QA involvement.
- Release & Review: Once ready, the feature is released, and you’ll get a summary to confirm it meets your needs.
