Register device for push notifications

POST 
/devices/register

Register a device token for receiving push notifications.

For iOS:

• Get device token from application(_:didRegisterForRemoteNotificationsWithDeviceToken:)
• Convert to hex string

For Android:

• Get token from Firebase FirebaseMessaging.getInstance().token

If the token already exists, it will be updated with the new metadata.
