Delegate a form to another user
POST/smartform/sequence/:sequenceId/delegate
Delegate a specific form within a sequence to another user. Returns a shareLink that you can send to the person who should complete the form.
No email is sent - you handle sharing the link yourself (email, Slack, etc.).
Re-delegation: If the form is already delegated, calling this endpoint again will replace the existing delegation with the new one.
Use case: When a sequence has multiple forms that should be completed by different people (e.g., Form 1 by manager, Form 2 by IT, Form 3 by HR).
