Send a message

POST 
/inbox/:chatInstanceId/messages

Send a message to a conversation as the admin/agent.

This will:

1. Save the message in the database
2. Send via WebSocket to all connected clients
3. Deliver to the external platform if applicable (WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.)

The conversation status will be updated to AGENT.
