Sending Emails and SMS
Introduction​
This page details how to access the email and SMS sending features on the AI SmartTalk platform. After configuration, you will have powerful tools to manage your communications with your clients simply and effectively.
Accessing the Communication Section​
Access Steps​
- Login: Go to the platform and log into your AI SmartTalk account.
- Settings: Click on the Settings tab in the main menu.
- Communication: Select the Communication section. You will see two main tabs appear:
- Email: To manage your email campaigns.
- SMS: To create and send SMS campaigns.
Description of Available Features​
Email Tab​
The Email tab offers four main subsections:
1. Categories​
- Feature: Create categories to organize your newsletters.
- Synchronization: Automatic integration with SmartCRM to filter subscribers (daily list updates).
- Use Case: Segment your subscribers by interest or behavior for targeted campaigns.
2. Templates​
- Feature: Create email templates.
- Options:
- HTML editor for advanced customization.
- Drag & Drop for quick creation with ready-to-use components.
- Advantage: Reduce design time with intuitive tools.
3. Subscribers​
- Feature: View and manage your subscribers segmented by category.
- Utility: Easily identify active and inactive users to optimize your campaigns.
4. Statistics​
- Feature: Track the performance of your emails using indicators such as:
- Open rate.
- Click-through rate.
- Unsubscribes.
- Advantage: Analyze results to improve your future campaigns.
SMS Tab​
The features available in the SMS tab are similar to those in the Email tab but adapted to the specifics of short messages. This includes category management, template creation, and performance analysis.
