Main Page - Assistant Management​
The main page serves as your central hub for managing all your AI assistants. Here you'll find:
- Individual cards for each of your assistants
- Key information including assistant names and activity metrics
- A "Create Assistant" button in the top right for setting up new bots
- Interface customization options:
- Language selection
- Dark mode toggle
Assistant Dashboard​
When you click "Manage" on an assistant, you'll access its dedicated dashboard featuring:
- Total conversation count
- Message exchange metrics
- Conversion funnel visualization
- Key performance indicators:
- Engagement rate
- Resolution rate
Chat Management​
The Chat tab centralizes all conversations across multiple platforms:
- Web chatbot interactions
- Social media platforms (Messenger, Instagram, Discord)
- SmartAdmin conversations
- Conversation quality analysis tools
Client Management​
The Clients tab helps you manage leads and customers:
- Automatically captured prospects
- CRM-synchronized clients
- Manual CSV imports
Each contact card displays:
- Name/email information
- Status (Lead/Active)
- Last activity timestamp
Knowledge Base​
The Knowledge tab is where you train your assistant:
- Import FAQs via Excel/CSV
