Dashboard Overview

Main Page - Assistant Management​

The main page serves as your central hub for managing all your AI assistants. Here you'll find:

  • Individual cards for each of your assistants
  • Key information including assistant names and activity metrics
  • A "Create Assistant" button in the top right for setting up new bots
  • Interface customization options:
    • Language selection
    • Dark mode toggle

Assistant Dashboard​

When you click "Manage" on an assistant, you'll access its dedicated dashboard featuring:

  • Total conversation count
  • Message exchange metrics
  • Conversion funnel visualization
  • Key performance indicators:
    • Engagement rate
    • Resolution rate

Chat Management​

The Chat tab centralizes all conversations across multiple platforms:

  • Web chatbot interactions
  • Social media platforms (Messenger, Instagram, Discord)
  • SmartAdmin conversations
  • Conversation quality analysis tools

Client Management​

The Clients tab helps you manage leads and customers:

  • Automatically captured prospects
  • CRM-synchronized clients
  • Manual CSV imports

Each contact card displays:

  • Name/email information
  • Status (Lead/Active)
  • Last activity timestamp

Knowledge Base​

The Knowledge tab is where you train your assistant:

  • Import FAQs via Excel/CSV
  • Upload documentation (PDF, DOCX)
  • Web content integration
  • Google Merchant Store data import capabilities

Settings & Customization​

The Settings tab offers extensive customization options:

  • Visual theme customization
  • Platform integrations (WordPress, PrestaShop, etc.)
  • Real-time notification configuration
  • Team access management
