Templates provide a starting point — you can customize everything later in Settings.
Step 2: Name Your Assistant
Give your assistant a name that reflects its purpose or your brand identity.
Naming Best Practices
- Brand-aligned: "Emma" for a friendly brand, "Support AI" for professional
- Memorable: Easy for customers to remember and reference
- Unique: Distinguishes from competitors
Examples:
SupportBot,SalesAssistant,HealthGuide,ShopHelper
You can change the name anytime in your assistant's Settings.
Step 3: Personalize Your Assistant (Optional)
Answer a series of questions to refine your assistant's personality and behavior. These questions help the AI understand:
What the Questions Configure
| Question Type | What It Affects |
|---|---|
| Tone & Style | Formal vs. casual language, emoji usage |
| Allowed Topics | What the AI can discuss |
| Restricted Topics | What the AI should avoid |
| Response Length | Brief vs. detailed answers |
| Industry Focus | Domain-specific vocabulary |
Skip or Complete Later
These questions are optional — you can:
- Skip them entirely and configure later
- Answer some now and refine in AI Configuration
- Let the template defaults handle everything
The more context you provide, the better your AI will perform from day one.
Step 4: Your Assistant Dashboard & Objectives
After completing the wizard, you'll land on your Assistant Dashboard — your command center for managing everything.
