🔄 How Does It Work?

1️⃣ Start the Call

Your visitors click the 📞 Call button at the top right of the chatbot. A prompt asks for microphone access.

🎙️ "Allow aismarttalk.tech to use your mic?"
→ Click "Allow"

2️⃣ The AI Listens and Thinks

The interface displays different conversation states:

  • "Retrieving documents" — The AI is searching your knowledge base
  • "Thinking..." — The AI is analyzing and preparing a response
  • "Speaking" — The AI is responding with voice

3️⃣ Voice Response with Live Transcription

Your AI answers out loud, with a real-time transcription displayed for the user’s convenience.

Enable Voice Call

  1. Log in to your AI SmartTalk back office
  2. Go to Agents → Select your agent
  3. In the Channels tab → Web
  4. Enable the “Voice Call” option
  5. Choose your AI’s voice and language
