🔄 How Does It Work?

Your visitors click the 📞 Call button at the top right of the chatbot. A prompt asks for microphone access.

→ Click "Allow"
2️⃣ The AI Listens and Thinks
The interface displays different conversation states:
- "Retrieving documents" — The AI is searching your knowledge base
- "Thinking..." — The AI is analyzing and preparing a response
- "Speaking" — The AI is responding with voice
3️⃣ Voice Response with Live Transcription
Your AI answers out loud, with a real-time transcription displayed for the user’s convenience.
