Accessing Event Tracking

AI SmartTalk allows you to easily access event tracking within chat conversations.

Steps to Access Event Tracking

1. Open the Chat Conversation:

   • Log in to your AI SmartTalk account and navigate to the chat page.
   • Select an active conversation to view its details.

2. View Events on Desktop:

   • On the conversation page, find the events view on the right side to track user navigation and actions.

3. View Events on Mobile:

   • On mobile, click the right burger menu to access the events view and track user interactions.
