Troubleshooting

| Bot is online but doesn't reply | Message Content Intent not enabled in the Developer Portal |
| Bot ignores messages in a channel unless mentioned | That channel is on On mention — switch it to Open in the Channels tab |
| Bot skipped a message in an open channel | The message named someone else — it stays out of those on purpose |
| Two assistants answer the same question | Both share the channel in Open mode — address one by name, or leave only one open |
| Bot can't see a channel | Bot role doesn't have View Channel permission there |
| A slash command you turned on isn't in Discord | Press Restart bot in the Commands tab — commands apply on the next start |
| Replies come as plain text, not branded cards | The bot lacks Embed Links in that channel — grant it in the channel or role permissions |
| Moderation isn't acting | Both switches must be on: Settings → Security and Moderate this server on the integration |
