Instagram Direct
Instagram DM is another channel unlocked by the Meta OAuth already performed for Messenger or WhatsApp.
Quick set‑up
- Ensure your Instagram profile is a Professional (Business or Creator) account linked to the same Facebook Page you authorised.
- Open Canaux → Instagram in AI SmartTalk.
The profile will appear automatically with status Connected. - Test by sending a DM from a personal Instagram account.
The conversation shows up in Chat with the 🄸 Instagram logo.
