Running AI assistants for different businesses, brands, or departments? Manage them all from one app. Switch between them in one tap.
Adding another assistant
- Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the Home screen
- Tap "Add account"
- Sign in with a different AI SmartTalk account
- Done — your new assistant is ready
Add as many as you need. There's no limit.
Switching between assistants
- Tap your avatar in the top-left
- Pick the assistant you want
- The app instantly loads that assistant's dashboard, inbox, and history
Each assistant has its own colors, avatar, and name so you always know which one you're using.
Everything stays separate
Each assistant has its own:
- Dashboard — stats for that specific business
- Inbox — customer messages for that assistant only
- History — past conversations and recordings
- Settings — theme, notifications, preferences
Nothing gets mixed up between accounts.
Notifications across accounts
The best part — you get notifications for all your assistants, even the ones you're not currently viewing:
- Notifications show the assistant name so you know who it's for
- Tapping a notification switches to the right account automatically
- The app badge shows unread messages from your other accounts
It works like having multiple Instagram accounts — you're always in the loop.
Removing an assistant
Tap your avatar, swipe on the account you want to remove, and confirm. You can always add it back later.

Removing an account deletes its local data (history, cached messages). Your data on aismarttalk.tech is not affected.
