Notifications
Never miss a beat. Get notified the moment something important happens — a new customer message, a form submission, an appointment booking, or anything else you care about.

Turning on notifications
When you first open the app, your iPhone will ask if you want to allow notifications. Tap Allow — this is how you'll know when customers need you.
Missed the prompt? Go to iPhone Settings > AI SmartTalk > Notifications and turn them on.
What you can be notified about
Customer messages
- New message from a website visitor
- Reply from a returning customer
- Internal team message
- Customer asking to speak with a human
Appointments
- New booking
- Cancellation
- Reminder
- Rescheduled appointment
Business activity
- New lead captured
- Form submitted (SmartForm)
- Positive or negative feedback
Account & system
- Payment processed or failed
- Team invitation accepted
- Knowledge base updated
Choose what matters to you
You don't have to receive everything. Customize your notifications:
- Go to Profile on the Home screen
- Tap Notification Settings
- Toggle each type on or off
- Tap Save
You can also access this from the bell icon in the Inbox.

Multiple AI assistants?
If you manage several assistants (see Multi-Account):
- You get notifications for all your assistants
- Each notification shows which assistant it's about (e.g., "[Camille] New message")
- Tapping a notification switches you to the right account automatically
