Your Home screen gives you a live snapshot of how your AI assistant is doing. See what's happening, spot trends, and know where to focus.


Key numbers

Dashboard Stats Cards

Four cards at the top show you the essentials:

  • Messages — total messages your AI has handled
  • Conversations — number of customer threads
  • Active channels — how many platforms are getting traffic
  • Documents — content in your AI's knowledge base

Each card shows whether things are going up or down compared to last week (e.g., "+12%" in green means growth).


Weekly activity

7-Day Activity Chart

A simple chart showing the last 7 days of activity:

  • How many customer messages came in each day
  • How many AI responses were sent automatically

This helps you see busy days, quiet days, and whether your AI is keeping up.


Peak hours

See which hours of the day are the busiest. Useful for:

  • Knowing when customers are most active
  • Planning when to have a human available as backup
  • Understanding your audience's habits
