Finding what matters
Use the filter bar at the top to focus:
- All — everything
- Unread — conversations that need your attention
- WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram / Email / Web — filter by platform
Unread conversations have a blue dot so they stand out.
Reading and replying
Tap a conversation to see the full thread. You'll see:
- What the customer said
- What your AI responded
- Any messages from your team (human agents)
Need to jump in?
Type a message at the bottom to reply as a human agent. This is perfect for:
- Handling complex requests the AI escalated
- Adding a personal touch to an important customer
- Taking over when the AI needs backup
Conversations are marked as read automatically when you open them.
Stay on top of things
- Badge on Home screen — shows how many unread messages you have
- Push notifications — get alerted instantly for new messages (see Notifications)
- Tap a notification — goes straight to the right conversation
Notification settings
Tap the bell icon in the inbox header to configure which messages trigger a notification. See Notifications for details.
Your inbox syncs with the web back-office. Replies you send from the app appear on the web — and vice versa.
