Simple Storage
Simple Storage is a small key-value store attached to an assistant. You save short pieces of information as key → value pairs, and your assistant can use them in conversations. It's perfect for facts that change from time to time — opening hours, a support phone number, the current promo code — that you want to update in one place without touching your instructions or knowledge base.
Where to find it
- Open Administration → My Assistants → [your assistant].
- Go to Settings → Simple Storage.
Add and manage entries
- Click Add to create an entry with a key (a short identifier, e.g.
support_phone) and a value (the content, e.g.+33 1 23 45 67 89). - Use Edit to change a value, and Delete to remove an entry.
- Use search to find an entry quickly when you have many.

tip
Use clear, lowercase keys with underscores — opening_hours, return_policy, promo_code — so they're easy to recognize and reuse.
When to use it
- Facts that change — hours, prices, a current promotion, a contact detail.
- Short reference values the assistant should always have on hand.
For long-form content — articles, FAQs, product catalogs — use the knowledge base instead. Simple Storage is for small, quick-to-edit values, not documents.
