Manage your AI SmartTalk subscription, change plans, and access billing information. The subscription system helps you find the right plan for your needs with intelligent recommendations.
Change Plan Modal
When you click ⚡ Change Plan from the Organization page, a modal opens with personalized plan recommendations.
Modal Layout
The Change Plan modal is organized into several sections:
- Header: "Choose your plan" with a close button
- Recommendations: Plans tailored to your usage
- Plan Cards: Detailed plan information
- View All: Access to complete plan catalog
- Enterprise Contact: Custom pricing options
Plan Recommendations
Smart Recommendations
AI SmartTalk intelligently analyzes multiple factors to suggest the most suitable plans for your needs:

|---|---|
| Agent Template | Plans are recommended based on the template you installed (e.g., e-commerce, support, etc.) |
| Integrations | Your connected integrations influence which plans best fit your setup |
| Trial Usage | Your actual usage volume during the trial period helps identify the right capacity |
The recommendation section shows:

Plan Cards
Each plan card displays comprehensive information:

Each plan card highlights two key metrics:

Selecting a Plan
Current Plan Indicator
If you're viewing your current plan, the selection button shows:
- ✓ pricing.selected (indicating active selection)
- Button is styled differently to indicate current status
Selecting a New Plan
- Review the recommended plans
- Compare features and pricing
- Click Select on your chosen plan
- Follow the checkout process to complete the change
Plan Changes
When changing plans:

View All Plans
Click View all plans at the bottom of the modal to see the complete plan catalog. This expands the view to show:

- Detailed feature comparisons
- Special offers and promotions

If the standard plans don't meet your requirements, the modal includes an enterprise contact section:

Billing Information
Payment Methods
Manage your payment methods through the billing section:
- Click Manage Billing from the Organization page
- Add, update, or remove payment methods
- Set a default payment method
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- SEPA Direct Debit (EU)
- Bank transfers (Enterprise plans)
Billing Cycle
- Monthly plans: Billed on the same day each month
- Annual plans: Billed once per year (discounted rate)
- Usage overages: Billed at the end of the billing period
Invoices
Accessing Invoices
Invoices are available from the Organization page in the "Recent Invoices" section. Each invoice includes:
- Invoice number
- Issue date
- Line items and quantities
- Tax breakdown
- Total amount
Invoice Formats
- PDF Download: For record-keeping and accounting
- Web View: For quick online review
Troubleshooting
Payment Failed

Can't Downgrade
