WhatsApp Business
This guide is intentionally concise because WhatsApp Business uses exactly the same Meta OAuth flow as Messenger and Instagram.
- Follow steps 1 → 4 of the Messenger guide.
- In the Meta pop‑up, tick the WhatsApp Business phone number(s) you wish to authorise.
- Back in AI SmartTalk, the phone number appears under Canaux → WhatsApp with status Connected.
What happens next ?
- Incoming WhatsApp messages create threads labelled with the 🟢 WhatsApp logo in Chat.
- The AI agent replies automatically using the same knowledge base and tone settings as your web or Messenger channel.
